- A strategic finance leader with deep expertise in IPO readiness and execution, M&A, board and investor relations, fundraising, strategic and operational finance, treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, enterprise risk management, SOX/ internal controls, ERP implementation, cross-border regulatory and accounting compliance (IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, SEC, HKEX, SFC).
- A CFO who has successfully led companies through planning, fundraising and executing IPOs on the U.S. and Hong Kong main boards and experienced with the Singapore Exchange.
